RETURN POLICY
Unopened products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of it's shipping date. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee.
Items that are in un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded.
Products that have been used can not be returned, please call the warranty number inside your user manual.
If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge. UPS and the U.S.P.S. charge us for returned items. You will be charged the original shipping cost (even if you received free shipping) plus the return shipping cost.
We strive to ensure all packages are correct but if we sent the wrong product or made some other error on shipping out your product.
You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of USA Vacuum receiving your return.
